The Middle Way

Middle Way Psychiatry believes in a holistic approach to mental health care. The intention behind this practice is to allow patients increased access to helpful tools including typical evidence based psychiatric care, coupled with complementary treatments. Clients should not have to choose between one or the other as both used in unison can be increasingly helpful. From this belief Middle Way Psychiatry was born. Amelia personally believes that mental health is not just the absence of illness, but the presence of well-being. This Practice's approach is collaborative and personalized, and Amelia is deeply committed to helping her clients achieve balance and well-being in all areas of their lives. She is honored to do this work and looks forward to working with you.
